Introduction of ISO standards

ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems

ISO 9001 for Quality Management Systems (QMS) is the most fundamental management system standard. A QMS allows customers to be confident they can expect the same product or service, time and time again, without variation. Moreover, through the continual improvement process, the product or service can only improve. Well over a million organisations throughout the world across every industry sector have adopted this ISO Standard to achieve uniformity in their business processes.

ISO 45000 OHS Management Systems

ISO 45001 certification shows that you take the safety and wellbeing of your employees seriously. A standardised OH&S management system helps you to manage risks, reduce workplace incidents and ensure that everyone gets home safely. The benefits of an ISO 45001 certified Occupational Health and Safety Management System are varied.

ISO 31000 Risk Management Systems

ISO 31000, published in 2009, is a new standard designed to assist organisations in applying a whole-of-business risk assessment process. ISO 31000 goes beyond the traditional ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22000 standards to embrace risk management for all areas of the organisation.

ISO 22000 Food safety management systems

ISO 22000 is the international standard for food safety management throughout the food supply chain. From farm to fork, this standard provides practical tools for businesses to promote food safety, quality and efficiency across the entire food industry.

ISO 14000 Environmental management system

The ISO 14001 standard sets the international best practice for environmental performance management. It helps organisations create a standardised approach to managing their environmental and sustainability objectives.

ISO 27000 Information security management systems

ISO/IEC 27001 requires organisations to adopt a risk based approach to the security of all information. This standard is not a prescriptive document, rather it is intended to enable organisations to ensure the security of information through the assessment and treatment of information security risks, documented in a Statement of Applicability.

ISO 29001 Petrochemical & Natural Gas Industries (QMS)

ISO/TS 29001 is effectively a technical standard based on the ISO 9001 standard specifically enhanced for the petroleum, petrochemical, and natural gas industries. Oil and gas equipment suppliers and respective service companies are required to have a quality management system with an emphasis on risk management to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

TQCSI Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Code (HACCP)

TQCSI’s Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Code for Food Safety Programs is based on the guidelines published by CODEX Alimentarius. It specifies food safety requirements for use by organisations within the food and beverage industry to provide objective evidence of their capability to supply food or beverage which meets customer and legislative requirements.

TQCSI ESG Code

The TQCSI ESG Code has been created in response to growing multi-industry consumer and stakeholder demands for verification of how organisations manage their ongoing risks, opportunities and obligations associated with environmental, social and governance issues. Where relevant, it also provides space for an organisation to address their management of risks, opportunities and obligations in relation to Indigenous and First Nations peoples and cultural minorities.
