Misuse of Certificate / Certification Mark

This is to inform that the Organisation in the name of Aquastone Company for Pure Natural Water based in Egypt is not certified by MS Certification Services Pvt.Ltd.The information related to certification along with use of certification mark of the certification body ,accreditation body is incorrect and illegal.

This is to inform that the Organisation in the name of Nilkanth Organics Pvt.Ltd. located at 158/1 GIDC Estate, Ankleshwar -393002 ,Gujarat doesn’t holding any valid certificate issued by MS Certification Services Pvt.Ltd.The information related to its certification along with any use of certification mark of the certification body,accreditation body is incorrect and illegal.
2. This is to inform to all concern that the company UCIC (P) Limited ,located at 17, Rowland Road, National Highway No. 6,Kolkata – 700 020 does not holding any valid certificate on ISO 9001:2008 standard of MS Certification Services Pvt. Ltd.The information related to its certification as showing in their website along with use of certification,accreditation mark is incorrect and not valid. Posted on Date: 6/12/14

This is to inform to all concern that the organisation Allied Logistics Packers & Movers located at Flat No.812 Near Tata Tolco ,Rangpuri Mahipalpur,New Delhi does not holding any valid certificate on ISO 9001:2008 standard of MS Certification Services Pvt. Ltd.The information related to its certification as showing in their website www.alliedlogisticspackersandmovers.com along with use of certification,accreditation mark is incorrect and not valid. Posted on Date: 6/05/15.Another company with similar scope “Allied pack & Move Pvt.ltd.” located at Khasra No.605 top floor Tata Motor Opp.IGI Airport NH-8 Mahipalpur N.Delhi -110037 also found not holding any certificate issued by us.Related information about its certification and use of certification logo in their website www.alliedpackers.co.in is false.Post Date :23/07/15

This is to inform that the Organisation BRD Certification based at Doha ,Qatar is not our agent or representative ,MS Certification Services Pvt.Ltd.(MSCERT) ,India is no way connected with this organisation.Their Claim in connection with MS Certification Services Pvt.ltd.,India is a misleading information and false statement.
